Cancellation & Refund Policy

At OKORIH LLC, we understand that unexpected circumstances arise. We strive to provide flexible, compassionate service while respecting the time reserved for each client.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

For individual organizing and consultation sessions, the following policy applies:

• 48 hours or more before the appointment: No cancellation fee.

• Less than 48 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled session fee may apply.

• No-show without prior notice: A fee of up to 100% of the scheduled session fee may apply.

Any applicable fees will be subject to the terms disclosed and agreed upon before booking and to applicable law.

2. Rescheduling and Emergencies

We understand that illness, family emergencies, and unexpected circumstances may affect scheduled appointments.

We will consider exceptional circumstances individually and may waive fees or offer alternative arrangements at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.

3. Multi-Session Programs

Multi-session programs are intended to support consistent progress.

Recommended completion periods are:

• 3 sessions: approximately 1 month

• 6 sessions: approximately 2 months

• 9 sessions: approximately 3 months

These periods are recommendations and do not automatically cause unused sessions to expire.

If a client wishes to discontinue a program, any applicable refund will be determined based on the agreed program terms, services already delivered, applicable charges, and mandatory legal requirements.

4. Workshops and Online Courses

Cancellation and refund conditions for workshops, online courses, and digital products may vary.

Specific conditions will be disclosed before purchase and will be subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Creative Services

Design, website development, and other creative projects may have separate cancellation and refund terms stated in the applicable written agreement.

6. Cancellations by OKORIH LLC

If we need to cancel a scheduled session, we will offer a reasonable opportunity to reschedule.

If rescheduling is not possible, any payment for services not provided will be refunded, subject to applicable law.

7. Refund Requests

Please contact us at hello@okorih.com with your name, booking details, and reason for the request.

We will review requests individually and respond in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
