Welcome to OKORIH LLC. By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms, subject to applicable law.

We are committed to providing professional, thoughtful, and personalized services while maintaining clear expectations and respectful communication.

1. Services

OKORIH LLC provides professional home organizing, decluttering consultations, virtual organizing sessions, workshops, educational programs, and creative services.

The specific scope, schedule, fees, and deliverables of each service will be communicated before booking or purchase.

2. Bookings and Payments

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Service fees, payment methods, payment deadlines, and any additional charges will be disclosed before booking.

We accept payments through designated methods, which may include PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment options.

Travel expenses, supplies, or additional services may be charged separately when disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

3. Client Participation and Responsibilities

Organizing is a collaborative process. Clients are responsible for making final decisions regarding which belongings to keep, donate, sell, recycle, or discard.

We provide professional guidance and support, but we do not guarantee any particular emotional, financial, or lifestyle outcome.

Clients are responsible for informing us of relevant safety concerns and providing a reasonably safe working environment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation fees may apply as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We understand that emergencies arise and may consider exceptional circumstances individually.

Multi-session programs are designed to encourage consistent progress.

Any binding program validity period, expiration provision, or refund condition must be separately disclosed and agreed upon before purchase, subject to applicable law.

6. Changes to Service Scope

If additional time, services, or expenses are required beyond the agreed scope, we will discuss them with the client before proceeding.

Creative projects may be governed by separate written proposals or agreements specifying deliverables, revisions, ownership rights, and payment terms.

7. Photographs and Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and their homes.

Photographs or videos may be taken for service documentation with appropriate permission.

Identifiable photographs, videos, or testimonials will not be used publicly for promotional purposes without appropriate authorization.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Personal Property and Liability

Clients retain responsibility for decisions regarding their belongings and for identifying fragile, valuable, or sensitive items.

We will exercise reasonable care while providing services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from negligence where such a limitation is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OKORIH LLC retains ownership of its original educational materials, templates, presentations, and other proprietary content.

Clients may use materials provided to them for their intended personal or agreed business purposes but may not redistribute or commercially reproduce them without permission, except as permitted by law.

Ownership and licensing of custom creative deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary depending on each client's goals, circumstances, participation, and follow-through.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from organizing consultations, educational programs, or creative services.

11. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections that may apply to clients in other jurisdictions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be published on our website and will not retroactively alter an existing booking or purchase without an appropriate legal basis or agreement.
